I specialize in listing residential, commercial, and land properties around the greater Charlotte area using a data-driven approach tailored to each seller’s priorities. Every sale has different objectives—speed, certainty, or maximizing value—and I believe the strategy should be built around what matters most to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

My background spans multiple sides of real estate, which allows me to approach listings with a broader and more analytical perspective. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked in real estate lending, gaining firsthand experience in underwriting, valuation, and risk assessment. I also have experience in land development, where factors like zoning, highest and best use, and entitlement risk directly impact value. In addition, I am a real estate investor myself, so I evaluate opportunities the same way many buyers do—through data, return potential, and downside risk.

I hold an MBA from Boston University, which shapes how I think about pricing, negotiation, and market dynamics. I rely heavily on real transaction data, buyer behavior, and local trends to guide decisions, helping sellers avoid guesswork and emotion during one of the most significant financial transactions they’ll make.

On a personal level, I’m the proud parent of two wonderful children, which reinforces my belief in thoughtful planning, long-term thinking, and doing things the right way. I bring that same mindset to every listing I take on.
